How to Join
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in being a part of The Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of Realtors®!
To begin the application process, choose one of the membership applications:
- This application is for all Realtors® and Realtor® Appraisers.
- When filling out the application:
- Choose Primary if you are not currently a member of any other Association of Realtors® or if you wish to transfer your primary membership to our Association (a letter of good standing will be requested).
- Choose Secondary if you are already a member of any other Association(s) of Realtors® (a letter of good standing will be requested).
- If you were a previous member of this Association within the preceding one year time period, do NOT fill out the online application. Please call or email the office and a Reinstatement Application will be sent to you. Remember that there is a fee of $150.00 to be reinstated and that dues are not prorated for members inactive for less than one year.
- Choose this application if you are an industry related service provider such as a title company, bank, landscaper, inspector, etc.
- Choose one or more of the applicable business types when you are completing the application as this will make searching for your company in our directory easier.
For those who wish to have access to the regional MLS, WARDEX, but who do not want to join the Association as a member. All applications for access to the MLS must be processed by a shareholder Association. The Association has fees associated with processing the application and these are separate from the fees and dues charged by WARDEX. Please review the information sheets in the application instructions.
